Project Khaalis was founded in 2021 after realizing that our unstructured and informal initiatives to help impoverished people in Pakistan were simply not enough to make a significant, long-term impact. Project Khaalis provides us with a formal platform to organize a connected community working to fund, execute, and complete a rolling set of realistic initiatives.
Our Mission
To help impoverished people in Pakistan improve their base quality of life.
Our Vision
To see the people we help living with dignity and the possibility to thrive.
How We Work
We build fundamental institutions (like schools and skill centers), activate resources (like potable water distribution), and perform routine actions of giving (like 30 days of Iftar meals during Ramadan and clothing donations).
We don’t simply collect money and donate it—we are on the ground, making sure our funds are used properly, building community connections, and listening with empathy. We also maintain a small number of active programs, to ensure we’re laser-focused on program completion. No forever programs.
Note: We are currently undergoing the process of registering as an official charity/nonprofit, and will keep our community updated on this process.

Supporting Staff. We have a range of talented and dedicated people that volunteer their time and labor in support of advancing our initiatives, locally, across Pakistan’s provinces, as well as overseas in the United States and United Kingdom.
